Paul has lived in the Racine and Kenosha area for the past 27 years with his wife Roxann (Biesack). They are very proud of their four grown children and four lovely grandchildren.  In their free time, Paul and Roxann enjoy taking long walks no matter the weather, biking, fishing and camping.
